Along with a handful of local Sarasota restaurants, Executive Chef Nils Tarantik of Duval's Fresh Local Seafood was featured on the Junior League of Sarasota Presents: Art of the Entree as he prepared a Braised Short Rib Entree with 5 Cheese Potato Croquette, Pickled Red Onions and a Peppered Arugula Salad.
