Join us as we take a delectable journey with the wines of Orin Swift Cellars!  Establishing the brand in 1998 with 2-tons of zinfandel and not much else, winemaker Dave Phinney and his wines have quickly amassed a cult following.  Sommelier Mani González has put together a line-up of wines guaranteed to delight, and Chef Nils Tarantik created this menu to complete the perfect pairing of wine & food.  You’ll even have the opportunity to taste the hard-to-find and heavily-sought-after “8 Years in the Desert” zinfandel blend to wrap up what will be a delicious evening!
